Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my family. They are the reason I’m here and able to go to school and get an education. I graduate April 2026. They fought so hard for me to be able to accomplish my dreams of being a successful entrepreneur. They planted the seeds for me to water them and grow.

How do you stay motivated?

I have a medical condition called Hidradenitis Supperative and it makes it hard for me to work a traditional job and I’m a mom, which, also, makes it harder for me. I live in constant pain and I push myself to fight for a life where I have created a successful business that allows me to work when I want and able to with my medical condition. I want a better life for myself and my son. I want to show representation for those who are out there like me that we can achieve our dreams.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With this $25,000, I will invest in getting a small nail salon to start up my business. I will be able to start a small salon to support my dreams of starting a nail chain of salons and elegant beauty shops that offers more than just nails, it’ll offer hairstylist services, lash services, barber services, aesthetician services, micro brow services, and more. I want to cater to women and create a perfect paradise that feels like a true spa day.
