Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the people who walk through my doors every day—women rebuilding confidence, entrepreneurs chasing dreams, and my own family who reminds me why I started. As a veteran wife and mother, I learned resilience early. Business, to me, isn’t just about profit; it’s about creating opportunity, mentorship, and a place where people feel valued and empowered to grow into the best version of themselves.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I started and the responsibility I have to the people who believe in me. Every challenge becomes fuel. When things get hard, I focus on progress—not perfection. My team, my family, and the clients who trust us with their confidence push me to keep building something bigger than myself. Motivation isn’t about feeling inspired every day; it’s about showing up consistently and refusing to quit.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it directly into expanding Coastal Glo’s impact—upgrading equipment, supporting advanced education for my team, and strengthening marketing so we can reach more clients and create more careers in our community. My goal isn’t just to grow a salon; it’s to build a place where professionals can thrive, families can be supported, and clients leave feeling more confident than when they walked in.
