How do you stay motivated?

My goals, dreams & my own desire for continued creativity. I’m extremely passionate about leveling up every day within my industry, hospitality. I never feel I’ve arrived vs think everyday, how can we do this or make that better. For the customer, my team & myself.

What would you do with the $25,000?

To be honest that’s a loaded question. Most likely just pay off debt as I was raised to live debt free. The last few years in my industry have been rough mixed with a divorce so I’m living off a line of credit which I hate. But, I love to travel so probably a trip to Hawaii with my son. Once I’m debt free I’d love to expand one of my product lines to go not just province wide but with mentorship, throughout North America.
