Beyoncé — not just for the music, but the pivot. When the world expected one thing, she stepped back, took full ownership, and came back entirely on her own terms. No permission. No compromise. Just vision, executed. That's the blueprint I used when I got laid off and was recovering from surgery. I didn't wait for a seat at the table. I built TKG. Now I help others own their narrative the same way she owns her brand.

How do you stay motivated?

I got laid off and was recovering from surgery at the same time. Two things that could have stopped everything. Instead, I made a decision — to fully bet on myself. That decision became The Kwamilele Group. Within 30 days I booked my first client. Within 90 days, three total. I don't wait for the right moment. I build through the hard ones. That drive is in everything TKG does.

What would you do with the $25,000?

**$25K** It goes into two things: visibility and growth. I'll invest in strategic marketing to expand TKG's presence across entertainment, corporate, and civic sectors — building thought leadership content and showing up where decisions get made. And into client acquisition — the tools, outreach systems, and relationships that turn conversations into contracts. The $25K doesn't just grow the business. It grows what the business can do for others.
