Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Daymond John, Nicki Minaj and Taraji P Henson inspired me in business I grew up watching Shark Tank with my dad and Daymond was my favorite shark ! Nicki Minaj inspired me because she was the first representation of outgoing confidence that I saw and it’s stuck with me to be bold and confident And I am inspired by Tyra Banks in business because she is an example of how you can do what you love and flourish in business as well.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by continuing to picture the end goal. Every day I take action steps that are going to get me closer to the vision that I have in my head I use my feelings to imagine how I would feel when I have achieved everything that I have set my heart on and I just stay focused on that anytime distractions come up or any doubts come up. I try not to beat myself up about having doubts instead I just turned my focus back to what I need to do and positive feeling I need to have to get there.

What would you do with the $25,000?

When I win the $25,0000. I will focus on professional branding, a lead-generating website, targeted marketing campaigns, upgraded installation equipment for epoxy flooring and home decor a structured sales system. Funding will also support portfolio projects partnerships with contractors and realtors, positioning the company to secure larger contracts and grow into a recognized premium flooring brand and furniture brand.
