Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration comes from my faith and the calling to serve others with honesty and care. Being able to educate families and businesses so they can protect what they’ve built is deeply meaningful to me. I’m also inspired by my parents, who are lifelong entrepreneurs. Watching them navigate the highs and lows of business with resilience, confidence, and integrity showed me what’s possible and ultimately inspired me to build a business of my own.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my long term vision of building a venture studio that invests in and mentors small businesses. My parents, both business owners, believed in me early and even helped fund my startup. That support gave me the stability to grow a commission based agency in a challenging industry. Because of that experience, my goal is to build my agency strong enough to one day invest in and mentor other small businesses so they have the same opportunity!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding AI-driven systems within my insurance agency to modernize how small businesses and individuals access protection. Many small brokerages still rely on outdated processes, but today’s customers often prefer fast, digital interactions. By implementing AI tools for service, communication, and education, we can operate more efficiently and serve more.
