Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is being able to plant an idea into the market and grow it into something profitable. Enduring the hardships of having to solve a problem on the fly. Creating opportunities for people and my family that were not there before. My definition for business is the ability to create freedom, make an impact on people positively and building an empire. This allows me to solve real problems, help others grow in the process, and provide for my family throughout the journey.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t focus on motivation too much. It’s not a reliable source. I focus on staying disciplined and humble. My family depends on me to make this work. They sacrifice time everyday for the fruit to sprout. 2021 on my deathbed with Covid double pneumonia, given no hope. I promised myself, I’d never stop until an empire was built to leave behind for my family, if I was given another chance. It was granted. So now I’m on a mission. What would you do with the $25,000?

I am in the process of growing a waste management company. I would use the $25,000 to invest into extra equipment to help scale my business. I am 29 years old, I have sold millions of dollars in sales for other people. Now I’m working on it for myself. My goals are planned out. I’ve developed 5 company’s from nothing, which 4 of the 5 are generating revenue. Investing and creating is my obsession. The $25,000 will not be wasted.
