Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is the healing and nourishing power of shea butter. I was introduced to raw shea butter more than 20 years ago after struggling with dry skin that regular lotions simply didn’t moisturize. Over time, I also saw how it helped clear the dark bra strap marks on my shoulders. After experiencing those results firsthand for years, I became inspired to create products that allow others to experience the same benefits of this incredible natural ingredient.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I truly believe in the product. I’ve used shea butter for over 20 years and have personally experienced how effective it is for nourishing and restoring skin. Knowing that something so simple and natural can make such a difference, and that it supports the women in Ghana who produce it, keeps me committed to growing my business.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would invest it into purchasing larger quantities of raw shea butter sourced directly from women producers in Ghana and scaling production for my business. Shea butter is often called “women’s gold” because it supports the livelihoods of many families across West Africa. The funding would also help improve packaging and expand marketing so more people can discover high-quality, ethically sourced shea butter products.
