Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from helping families achieve homeownership and build generational wealth. As a real estate professional and Army veteran, I believe stable housing creates stronger communities. My grandson Quince inspires me to build a lasting legacy one that creates opportunities, shares knowledge, and empowers others to succeed through real estate and entrepreneurship.

If awarded $25,000, I would invest the funds into expanding my business operations by supporting property acquisition, renovation planning, and housing development initiatives. The funding would also help strengthen marketing, technology, and operational capacity, allowing me to assist more families in achieving homeownership and creating long-term housing stability within the community.
