Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs who build from the ground up and create opportunities for others along the way. I’m especially inspired by people who turn their vision into platforms that uplift their communities. As a founder, I want to do the same—help creatives, small businesses, and emerging brands gain visibility, strategy, and real opportunities to grow.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the bigger picture. Entrepreneurship isn’t just about success for me—it’s about creating opportunities for people who may not always have access to them. Seeing ideas turn into real events, partnerships, and growth keeps me going. I also stay motivated by the community I’m building and the impact I know my work can have.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into growing Only Wright Way Agency by expanding resources for creatives and small businesses. This includes hosting community-driven events, developing marketing and branding support for emerging talent, and building stronger platforms for artists and entrepreneurs to gain exposure. The funding would help scale my vision of creating opportunities, connections, and sustainable growth within my community.
