What is Entrepreneur of Impact?
Learn MoreMy inspiration in business comes from the examples of people who shaped my life. My parents raised 17 children while building stability and purchasing two homes, teaching me perseverance and vision. In the music industry, my late friend Doug Murray became a trusted mentor who believed in my potential. I was also influenced by legendary manager John Levy, whose book Men, Women and Girl Singers helped shape my understanding of artist management.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by remembering why the work matters. Purpose is powerful fuel. When something serves people, solves problems, or brings hope, that mission keeps the energy going. I also break big goals into small wins, keep learning, and stay curious. Progress—even small progress—creates momentum.
What would you do with the $25,000?If awarded $25,000, I would invest it into scaling STLR Entertainment by expanding our artist network, upgrading production capabilities, and strengthening digital marketing. The goal is to connect more talent with more opportunities while delivering high-quality live entertainment experiences. This investment would accelerate growth, create jobs for artists, and position STLR as a premier platform for live entertainment.
