My inspiration is an ancient belief that a community working together can support one another. Listening to my artists wants and needs while doing what I believe is for the good of not only the company but all of the artists collectively. My inspiration is simply the core of what I believe it means to be human.
How do you stay motivated?I am determined to prove that an artist first approach in the tattoo industry is viable. I look to other businesses, non-profits and member driven communities that have socialist ideals and take what works and remove what doesn't. Seeing those who are helped by the success of the company keeps me motivated.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money partially to expand our current location and use much of it to improve the lives of my artists with a content creation room as well as start up capital to buy supplies to offer to the artists at cost.
