Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration for Pathways II Wellness comes from a deep desire to help people access compassionate, holistic support for their mental, emotional, and overall well-being. Through my work in behavioral health and community outreach, I’ve seen how many individuals struggle to find services that truly meet their needs. Pathways II Wellness was created to help bridge that gap and provide a space where people feel supported, empowered, and reminded that healing is always possible.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by reminding myself why I started and who I’m doing it for. When things feel overwhelming, I focus on taking things one step at a time and celebrating small progress instead of waiting for big results. I also try to surround myself with people who support and encourage my vision, because having that kind of support makes the journey feel less heavy. What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded,I would invest the funds into expanding Pathways II Wellness so that I can provide more accessible mental and behavioral health support to individuals and families in the community. The funding would help cover startup and operational costs such as credentialing and licensing fees, technology and electronic health record systems, office setup, program development, and outreach efforts. These resources would allow me to strengthen the infrastructure of the organization as a whole.
