Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business is my mother, Lois Boyle. She successfully built a court reporting business while founding a nonprofit to help others in need. Her dedication to service and belief in community have profoundly shaped my values. Watching her balance professional success with a commitment to making a difference inspires me to pursue my own ventures with purpose, always striving to uplift those around me.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by using the LEAP framework I created, which helps me set clear, achievable goals and celebrate small wins. Surrounding myself with positive influences—friends, mentors, and fellow entrepreneurs—keeps my spirits high. I prioritize self-care to recharge and reflect, and I engage in continuous learning through books and podcasts. Reminding myself of my purpose and the impact I want to make drives me to push through challenges and stay focused on my vision.

The $25,000 would fuel LEAP's mission to transform how professionals, entrepreneurs, and students move from ideas to measurable results. Funds would expand our reach through targeted marketing, develop new self-guided resources, and bring workshops to underserved communities.
