My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs who solve real societal problems, not just build companies. Leaders like Daymond John inspire me because they turned limited resources into global impact through discipline and creativity. I’m also driven by the housing crisis I’ve witnessed in communities across America. Seeing families struggle to access safe, affordable housing motivates me to build AI-driven tools that help reduce construction costs and accelerate development.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact over obstacles. Every challenge I face is connected to a bigger mission: making housing more accessible through technology. I also maintain discipline through learning, building, and staying rooted in faith and purpose. When the vision is bigger than the difficulty, quitting isn’t an option. Progress, even small progress, keeps momentum alive.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it directly into accelerating the development of AI tools designed to streamline construction permitting and reduce development delays. The funding would support building a functional prototype, securing pilot partnerships with contractors, and expanding research around affordable housing automation. My goal is to reduce project timelines and ultimately lower housing costs in underserved communities.
