Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My main inspiration are the startups that changed entire industry when no one believed in them and competitors looked so much more successful. I’d say Revolut, Neo Financial, and Vista Print if we talk about small businesses.

How do you stay motivated?

Of course every entrepreneur is driven by money but it’s not the only thing that keeps you motivated. For me personally, when I see the product that we’re about to deliver and how everyone works together synchronously I love what I do as the project manager.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would definitely invest big part of it in marketing, because we lack marketing budget and many companies that would work with us just don’t know about us. Also I’d improve motivation system for my employees by personalized bonuses for performance.
