Free RegistrationMy inspiration in business comes from my parents and the community I serve. Their hard work and resilience taught me the importance of creating opportunities for others. Through my work in workforce development and apprenticeship training, I’m inspired every day to build pathways that help people overcome barriers, gain skills, and achieve economic independence.
How do you stay motivated?My motivation comes from my mission to create pathways to economic opportunity for people facing barriers. Knowing that our programs can help reduce crime and poverty while empowering individuals with skills for sustainable careers keeps me focused and committed every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were awarded the $25,000 Grant Challenge, the funding would be used to expand our workforce development and apprenticeship training programs. The investment would help us purchase essential training equipment, including drones and technology tools, while providing industry-recognized certifications for participants. This funding would allow us to train individuals from underserved communities, veterans, young adults exiting foster care, and justice-involved individuals, equipping them with.
