My inspirations in radio is Herb Kent, Tom Joyner, Pink House, Troi Tyler and Doug Banks and Reggie Miles my college professor all who are Chicago Radio legends. It was because of their passion for the art form and their story telling abilities relating personal experiences with music and current events that made me respect to the art form of broadcasting communication. My inspirations in business varies, my overall all goal is to have a positive impact, longevity and legacy.

I Am purpose and faith driven, when faced with difficulties I think about how my five children, how they will be impacted. My Whys give me inspiration. As a single father I'm working everyday to change the lives of my family to get them in a better position and be a resource for the community.

This $25,000 would allow me to invest back into my business Tommy Gunz Speakz LLC, and invest in various ETFs. Being selected as the winner would have an even larger impact than the money.
