Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from introducing preschoolers to their first dance experience. Early childhood is a critical stage of development, and through dance I help children build confidence, creativity, and motor skills. Seeing their excitement as they learn and grow reminds me that these early moments matter. Knowing I play a role in shaping their first experiences with movement inspires me every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that my business is bigger than me. It’s about showing up for others, especially the young children I teach. Knowing that there are little people depending on me to create a positive, encouraging environment keeps me focused and committed. Their excitement, growth, and confidence remind me why the work I do truly matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would expand the reach of our newly developed on-demand dance tutorial program for early childhood students. The funding would support targeted Facebook advertising, postcard marketing campaigns, and hiring a part-time virtual assistant focused on sales and outreach. This would help us bring accessible dance education to more children at home and in preschools.
