Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by builders who fix broken systems people have learned to tolerate. The ones who step into messy, human problems and bring clarity, trust, and structure. My inspiration isn’t one person; it’s the gap between how things are and how they should feel for people. That’s what drives Neighborly; turning frustration into something that actually works.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I’ve lived the problem. I’ve seen what happens when trust breaks in communities and no one feels heard. That sticks with you. I don’t rely on motivation; I rely on purpose, discipline, and progress. Every small step forward is proof that I’m building something that matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use it to accelerate adoption and proof. That means refining the product experience, onboarding pilot HOAs, and building a clean feedback loop between residents and boards. The goal is simple; show measurable improvement in trust, transparency, and efficiency. This funding turns Neighborly from a strong concept into a proven solution communities can’t ignore.
