Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is the teacher who refuses to let limited resources limit a student’s potential. I’ve seen educators walk into classrooms with almost nothing and still spark curiosity and confidence. I’m also inspired by organizations that listen, measure what works, improve the model, and scale it so more people benefit. That’s the philosophy behind EinSTEAM: building programs that are practical, measurable, and made to last.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the students themselves. One moment that stays with me is when a student who thought science “wasn’t for them” suddenly lights up after discovering something on their own. That kind of confidence can change how a young person sees their future. I also stay motivated by knowing that curiosity is universal, but opportunity is not. If we can expand access to hands-on STEM, we can open doors that otherwise might have stayed closed.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I'd use $25,000 to expand access: grow EinSTEAM into an international community of curious kids. Reaching 22,000+ kids in four years, I'd continue developing international chapters, multilingual platforms, and train teens to train 10,000 more. My goal? Reach 250,000 kids by 2027, turning them into little ‘Einsteins’, and make curiosity into a contagion.
