Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from breaking barriers in a male dominant industry and proving that women belong in every space, including construction and skilled trades. As an electrician, I've seen how often women are underestimated. That fuels my mission to build platforms tools and opportunities that empower women to build, fix lead and succeed with confidence. Through I did it my damn self, I am turning skill, independence and self belief into a movement!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I'm deeply passionate about what I do. I love sharing my knowledge and helping others learn skills that build confidence and independence, seeing someone realize they can fix build or create something on their own. Keeps me energized. My enthusiasm comes from knowing that every lesson shared can empower someone else to believe in their abilities and take control of their future. And besides that , there is nothing like the I did it my damn self tool bag out there!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 investment to scale production of my I did it my damn self tool bags and launch an online DIY workshop platform. The funds would support manufacturing, packaging and inventory so that the product can reach more customers. It would also help build a digital learning space where I teach practical home improvement skills, empowering people, especially women to confidently take on their own projects.
