Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the beauty professionals who have the talent and passion but just need the right opportunity to succeed. After more than 20 years in the beauty industry, I’ve seen how empowering someone with the right environment can change their entire future. Watching stylists grow their confidence, build loyal clientele, and step into entrepreneurship inspires me daily to continue creating spaces where beauty professionals can thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started and the impact my work has on others. The beauty industry is more than hair—it’s about confidence, independence, and opportunity. Seeing beauty professionals grow their businesses and support their families reminds me that what I’m building matters. Knowing that I can help create opportunities for others keeps me focused, inspired, and committed to growing every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 would allow me to expand opportunities for beauty professionals through my salon suite concept. I would invest in improving the space, providing business resources, and offering educational opportunities that help beauty professionals grow sustainable businesses. My goal is to continue building an environment where beauty entrepreneurs feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed.
