Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration and drive comes from innovators like Einstein or Nikola Tesla and business pioneers like Elon Musk or Richard Branson. These indiviuals saw a opportunity or failing system and pushed forward to make a difference.

How do you stay motivated?

I keep relevant by working in the industry I am driving to fix. Leading by example and showing those old and new to the security industry that there is a better way to provide safety and security. Being true to myself and real to those I meet. Motivation is seeing the results of my work and the impact I leave behind.

What would you do with the $25,000?

it would assist in bringing back the respect and professionalism the security industry has lost over the years. Using technology to bring it to the 21st century to lower overhead(non-billable cost) and increase employee wages(which is our product). If the tech isn't there that we are wanting, WE'll are ready and able to design and build the infrastructure to make it happen and move forward.
