My inspiration is the creative community itself—artists, musicians, and visionaries who keep building even when resources are limited. Through Starving Arts®, I’m inspired by the idea that business can do more than generate profit; it can create access, elevate culture, and open real doors for underserved talent in Charlotte.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose. Every project I build is tied to creating opportunity for artists, entrepreneurs, and the Charlotte community. Seeing creative people gain confidence, visibility, and support keeps me focused. I’m also driven by the belief that art, business, and innovation can work together to create lasting impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into Starving Arts® programming that directly supports local creators—artist development, community events, promotional tools, and access to music and arts resources. It would help us expand opportunities for Charlotte talent, strengthen our nonprofit infrastructure, and create programs that turn creativity into visibility, growth, and long-term impact.
