Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my 3 daughters, my city of Inglewood, and the communities often left out of economic opportunity. I’m driven by builders like Nipsey Hussle and Issa Rae who turned local culture into global impact, and by tech founders who created ecosystems, not just products. My lived experience — from fatherhood to construction to community work — fuels ING’s mission to return power, visibility, and ownership to the people who shape our cities.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from my 3 daughters, my city, and the communities too often overlooked. Every day, I’m driven by the responsibility to turn my lived experience into meaningful change. ING keeps me focused — a platform built to restore power to residents, visibility to local businesses, and opportunity. Knowing the impact this work can create keeps me disciplined and committed.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’ll use the $25,000 to accelerate ING’s launch by funding key app features, onboarding local businesses, and powering our first ING event — a real, on‑the‑ground activation proving demand and impact. This investment helps us move faster, scale harder, and return power, visibility, and opportunity to the communities that built the culture.
