Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I'm inspired by the youth we serve and the communities we impact. Seeing their potential drives me daily. I'm also motivated by leaders who create real change, not just profit. My experiences showed me the gaps, so I built something that provides structure, opportunity, and guidance for the next generation.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact. Seeing kids grow in confidence, discipline, and direction keeps me going. This is bigger than me, it's about their future. I stay grounded in vision and disciplined in execution, knowing consistency and leadership are key to building something that lasts.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in our youth pipeline by securing field space, upgrading equipment and uniforms, and expanding workforce training. I'd also bless our church partner with $5,000 for hosting us and assist with repairs for a building for our afterschool program. This helps us serve more youth and strengthen a path to leadership and career readiness.
