Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my own journey as an immigrant navigating the North American job market. Even with a tech background, it took months to land my first role. I saw many talented immigrants struggling to enter the professional workforce. I also realized many companies urgently need talent in areas like application support and IT operations. That inspired me to help people gain practical skills and transition into these critical but often overlooked tech roles.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the real people behind the mission. Many individuals reach out to me through messages and consultations looking for guidance on transitioning into tech. Seeing people gain confidence, develop skills, and move toward better opportunities reminds me why this work matters. Knowing that one person’s career transformation can change an entire family’s future keeps me focused on the bigger impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would help me scale my work and expand access to tech career opportunities. I would invest in building a simple learning platform where beginners can access structured, project-based training in areas like application support and IT operations. It would also support content creation tools and resources that allow me to reach more people globally and prepare them for real technology roles.
