Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is to help and connect with people. Doing nails has given me a creative outlet that builds confidence in women while supporting them at all stages in their lives. My advocacy stems from my personal experience. Growing up undiagnosed Autistic & ADHD for so many years, then finally getting my diagnosis led to my entire perspective on life changing. I had grew up thinking something was wrong or different about me and I had finally gotten answers.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I know the importance of knowledge and how knowing about your brain can make a huge difference on your experience in life. Growing up, there was no representation for people who looked like me. So little information on neurodiversity for minority groups is available. Raising awareness and doing/teaching nails are my passions. I love the freedom in doing nails along with the relationships I build. I stay motivated because I love what I do.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the money to invest further into my business. I would upgrade my equipment, buy supplies in bulk, purchase a laptop and camera along with lens, a tripod, proper lighting, etc. I would pay off my school debt and use it to find another location along with a storage unit. It would all go into my business along with putting money aside for business expenses and savings.
