I’m inspired less by one person and more by a way of leading—grounded, courageous, and values-driven. In the nonprofit space especially, I’m drawn to leaders who challenge outdated fundraising models and build sustainable, trust-centered revenue strategies that truly support their mission.
How do you stay motivated?Motivation comes from alignment. I stay anchored in my “why” through coaching and support for mission-driven leaders, and I regulate my energy through somatic practices like Tai Chi, movement, and rest. Mini-breaks help me reset so I can return focused and intentional.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to expand access to my fundraising and leadership programs for under-resourced nonprofit leaders while strengthening infrastructure to support growth. This investment allows me to increase both reach and depth of impact without compromising quality.
