My biggest inspiration in business has always been my mother. Before I understood entrepreneurship or wealth building, I understood her work ethic. She showed up daily with resilience, grace, and determination, creating progress with what she had. She taught me that success is built on mindset, discipline, and consistency. Watching her pour into others and build genuine relationships showed me that business is not just about income—it’s about impact, service, and legacy.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated as an entrepreneur by keeping my faith in God at the center of everything I do. I believe I am called to impact lives, walk in abundance, and build with purpose. Even on hard days, I trust that the business I’ve chosen is aligned with His plan. That faith keeps me grounded, focused, and driven to keep going, knowing that what I’m building is bigger than me and meant to serve others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

When I receive a $25,000 grant for my business, we would expand financial literacy and insurance access in underserved communities. Funds would support workshops on final expense and retirement planning, digital marketing for client outreach, and training for young agents under 30. This investment would help us protect more families, create career opportunities, and build a scalable model that drives long-term community impact.
