Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs who build things that outlive them—people who solve real problems and create opportunity for others. I’m also deeply inspired by my sons, Zion and Judah. They remind me that every company I build is really about legacy, opportunity, and creating a future where they and others can thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose. Every project I work on—whether renewable energy, infrastructure, or entrepreneurship—is about creating long-term impact. Discipline also plays a big role. My background in the military taught me that progress comes from consistency, not motivation alone. I focus on the mission, the people depending on me, and the bigger vision of building stronger communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funds into scaling my clean energy and infrastructure initiatives in The Bahamas. The capital would support early-stage project development, technology deployment, and local workforce training. The goal is to accelerate solutions that reduce energy costs, create jobs, and strengthen energy independence for island communities.
