Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is every person who was told their story was too much, too raw, or too unconventional to matter in a boardroom. I built MINDART from my own mental health journey - when art literally rewired my nervous system, I knew it could do the same for organizations. From my mother, my Haitian roots, and every founder who has had to survive their way to success inspire me daily. I don’t build businesses. I build ecosystems that prove healing and revenue are not opposites.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that this work existed before I had an audience, a team, or a budget. CROWN was painted in the middle of my darkest season. MINDART was built while I was still healing. The mission has never needed external validation to be real - it just needs me to show up. On the hardest days I return to the work itself: the canvas, the framework, the people it has already changed. That is enough to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

MINDART’s methodology has already served Fortune 500s and nonprofit leaders - but our story is largely untold because we’ve been building without a marketing infrastructure. The $25K would fund a targeted launch campaign for our new website and the hiring of a content team to finally tell this story at scale. The work is done. The impact is proven.
