Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from Philippians 3:14: “Press toward the mark for the high calling.” It is the legacy statement guiding my life. Like many people, I’ve had to overcome hardship and learn how to redeem time after difficult seasons. That journey fuels my mission. Through The MARK Total Body Wellness Network, I help others rise, restore their health, reclaim their purpose, and move forward stronger than before.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by embodying the very principles I coach. I believe you must live the message before you can teach it, so I hold myself accountable to the same standards I ask of others. Remembering the people who are counting on this work keeps me focused. Every transformation reminds me that wellness is about restoring hope, purpose, and strength, and leading by example.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into scaling The MARK Total Body Wellness Network, expanding our digital wellness platform, programs, and regenerative farming initiatives. My vision is a one-stop holistic wellness movement equipping legacy builders, families, and purpose-driven leaders with the tools to restore health, overcome adversity, redeem time, and build brands, movements, and stronger communities.
