Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration is my father. For over 30 years he has owned a hand wash cars wash in Austin, showing me the value of discipline, service, and perseverance. Like father, like daughter, I’m building alongside that legacy—growing a transportation business rooted in relationships, excellence, and care for people. My goal is to honor the Ceasar name and carry it forward for generations.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my purpose and the legacy I’m building. Watching my father work hard for over 30 years taught me that consistency and service create something lasting. That example drives me to keep growing, serve people well, and build a business that honors my family while creating opportunities for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to strengthen the operational foundation of my transportation business investing in systems, staffing support, and marketing to scale responsibly. Building a stronger infrastructure will allow us to serve more clients, create jobs, and continue growing a family legacy business rooted in relationships and excellence.
