Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration stems from a blend of spiritual leadership and the resilience of the Evansville community. I am driven by the "servant-leader" model—the idea that business should exist to solve problems and uplift others. Seeing the tangible impact of grassroots initiatives on families and local growth fuels my vision. I believe that ethical leadership, rooted in wisdom and integrity, is the ultimate blueprint for a successful and sustainable enterprise.

How do you stay motivated?

Motivation comes from my commitment to the mission of SBBI Enter and the people we serve. I stay grounded through prayer and the discipline of being an Elder, which reminds me that my work is larger than myself. I find fresh energy in the small victories—seeing a project come to life or watching a community member succeed. Constant learning and the drive to leave a lasting, positive legacy keep me moving forward, even when the road gets tough

What would you do with the $25,000?

would utilize the $25,000 to scale SBBI Enter’s infrastructure and expand our outreach capabilities. Specifically, these funds would be allocated toward improving our operational technology and launching a new community development program. By investing in these core areas, we can increase our efficiency and reach more individuals in need of our services.
