Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I believe women in STEM deserve more than a seat at the table—they deserve a community behind them. Fems in STEM was born from watching my sister struggle to break into tech and realizing the gap wasn’t talent, it was access. Through mindfully curated meetups, a growing publication, and a community of 1000+ members, I’m building a space rooted in connection, community, and inspiration—where women don’t just learn from each other, they open doors for one another.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact I know is possible. Every time a woman gains clarity, confidence, or access through Fems in STEM, it reinforces why I started. I don’t wait for motivation—I build systems, stay consistent, and remind myself that someone else’s breakthrough could be one connection away from the work I’m doing.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into scaling Fems in STEM as both a platform and opportunity engine. This includes expanding our publication and expert directory, funding targeted distribution, building a digital hub for mentorship and job access, and hosting curated events that connect women in STEM directly to hiring managers, investors, and collaborators.
