Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is the resilience of moms, especially those carrying so much with little support. They push through, love hard, and continue showing up for their families even when they’re overwhelmed. Seeing that strength and the lack of support many parents experience is what inspired me to build programs and spaces that help families feel supported, connected, and able to thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact I see in the lives of the parents I serve. When a mom tells me she finally felt seen and supported, it reminds me why I do this work. My mission is to be the village and the lifeline that families need, showing up steady, present, and fully for them, even if that means my own rest comes later. I measure success by the difference I can make, not just by income and I strive to model the care, support, and resilience I hope others find in their own lives.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest $25,000 to expand A Break Deserved into more cities, reaching more moms before burnout becomes a crisis. I’d grow the Parent Recharge Initiative; workshops paired with free childcare, so moms can finally breathe, reset, and feel supported. I’d also fund scholarships spots, especially in April for Child Abuse Awareness Month, because when we support moms’ wellness, the entire family thrives.
