Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the small business owner who is doing everything alone, showing up, figuring it out, and refusing to quit. I spent over 20 years as an entrepreneur learning hard lessons so I could make the path easier for others. Watching a business owner go from overwhelmed to confident because they finally have the right tools and systems, that's why I do this work every single day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my mission, making AI accessible to everyday entrepreneurs, not just the tech elite. When a small biz owner tells me they finally feel in control of their business because of what they learned from me, that's my fuel. I also stay grounded in my own tagline: You Can't Deposit Excuses. It keeps me accountable when things get hard.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to scale my AI training platform and expand the reach of my AI Insiders Circle membership community. My goal is to train 10,000 small business owners on AI implementation. This funding would allow me to invest in marketing, live events, and curriculum development, turning Lane Business Solutions into the go-to AI resource for underserved entrepreneurs nationwide.
