How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by building something that creates real freedom for others. I’ve seen what the traditional path looks like, and I chose differently. Every new advisor who joins and earns their first income reinforces that I’m not just building a business, I’m opening doors. That responsibility keeps me focused, disciplined, and moving forward every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it directly into scaling my host agency. This includes expanding marketing, improving our advisor platform, and building stronger onboarding systems to support growth. The goal is to create more opportunities for people to earn income through travel, especially those who have been locked out of traditional paths. This capital would accelerate a model that is already working and ready to scale globally.
