Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is my older brother and the mentors I’ve worked with over the years. I’ve learned from people who built everything from the ground up and take real pride in what they do. What stuck with me most is how they handle day-to-day customer interactions, stand behind their work, and do things properly, even when it’s not the easiest option. That mindset shaped how I run my own business.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by a deep, relentless desire to be great and leave my mark. I push myself to raise my standards, do things right, and be known for quality and reliability, often to a fault. It’s not about quick wins anyways, I want to build something lasting and earn a reputation that reflects the effort and skill I put in every day. I want to achieve great things, and that is the only thing I am focused on, day in and day out.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest it into growing my business. This would include upgrading tools, expanding into HVAC, and building a stronger reputation in my community. Every dollar would go toward improving my skills, serving customers better, and creating a name for myself that lasts. Specifically, I would be able to work on the business instead of always working in the business.
