Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the human capacity to transform. I saw it while caring for my mother during one of the most demanding seasons of my life. Pressure reveals something important: you either break or you build inner structure. That experience led me to create Powerapy, a practice that helps people think for themselves, act with intention, and become who they said they wanted to be. What inspires me most is watching someone realize they are stronger than the story they’ve been telling themsel

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation. Motivation is emotional and temporary. Practice is reliable. Powerapy is built on a simple principle: What you practice, you strengthen. So every day I practice awareness, discipline, and responsibility for my own thinking. When people stop waiting to feel motivated and start practicing how they want to live, something powerful happens. They stop reacting to life… and start building themselves intentionally.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand Powerapy, a movement that helps people strengthen their minds the way we strengthen our bodies. Too many people believe they are stuck with their past or circumstances. Powerapy teaches something different: change happens through practice. The $25,000 would bring this practice to more people through workshops and programs, helping individuals see for themselves what they are truly capable of becoming.
