Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from mentors like Glen Martin and Steve McEowen, as well as from my parents, who taught me that agriculture rewards discipline, resilience, and hard work. Those lessons laid the foundation for everything I pursue. As I follow my passion for aviation, my goal is to create opportunities that allow me to soar while continuing to invest in and support the agricultural industry that shaped me.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping my focus on the long-term vision. Agriculture has taught me that progress comes from discipline, resilience, and showing up every day, no matter the conditions. Those lessons carry into everything I pursue. Whether I'm improving my livestock operation, growing my business, or advancing my flight training, I know each step forward compounds over time and brings me closer to building something meaningful that creates opportunities for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 in advancing my flight training and strengthening my agricultural operation. Aviation will enable me to build a stable business while continuing to serve the agricultural community. I currently host livestock clinics that teach youth animal husbandry and show preparation, and opportunities like this are limited in Montana. Greater financial stability would allow me to expand these clinics and keep them accessible without charging high fees.
